An excellent addition to any commercial ware washing sink, this waste drain allows you to drain dirty dish water without reaching your arm into it.
It features a twist handle design that needs to be rotated only 1/4 turn to fully open the valve for simple operation, while a cast brass body, stainless-steel clamping ring and ball, and dual Teflon® seals ensure long-lasting leak-free service. Designed for sinks with a 3 1/2" opening, this waste valve includes a locking stainless-steel basket strainer and a "clear through" opening that eliminates the need for disassembly if snaking is required for added convenience.
